  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar (or more according to your taste)

  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • First wash the radishes thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt.
  • Trim off the tops and bottoms of the radishes, then slice them into rounds as thin as possible.
  • Separately, combine water and apple cider vinegar. Sprinkle sliced radishes with sugar and salt and pour over water and cider mixture. If desired, add a teaspoon or two of whole spices for extra flavor.
