  • 3tbsp honey

  • 1tsp Siracha sauce

  • 1/2tsp apple cider vinegar

  • Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, apple cider vinegar, Siracha sauce, grated ginger, and honey until well combined. Cut the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes and place them in the marinade over making sure each piece is coated evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • After 30 mins remove the marinated salmon from the refrigerator. Place the salmon bites on a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Shove it into the oven at 400°F (205°C) for 12 minutes.
  • Arrange the Crispy Salmon Bites on a bed of rice accompanied by sliced cucumbers and avocado, grated carrot, kimchi, pickled ginger garnished with toasted sesame seeds for added flavor and visual appeal.
