Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled, you may submit a counter-notification. This should include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, along with its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone number).
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the United States, the jurisdiction of the federal court where the service provider is located.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
- After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content in question unless the original claimant files a court action against you.
